Invented in 1849 in Angiers, France, this delicious liquor is today, one of the most recognisable bottles in the world, however the production methods and recipe are a family secret. Made from dried orange peel, there are many more notes of flavour on the palate that make it extremely versatile. Zesty, floral, fresh and sweet, it is a great flavour amplifier, ideal for cocktails such as margaritas and as an ingredient in decadent desserts such as crumble tarts.
